Enzyme-Substrate Reactions

 

Enzyme-substrate reactions can be generated and plotted using standard models distributed with XLfit. The individual reactant and product concentrations can be viewed together to give a time-sequence view of the reaction.

In this example, the infinite time range has been mapped onto the interval (0,1) with the aid of an exponential time scale.
